Who we are
This website and the 3D design service are provided by Today Furniture SRL, registered office Str. Transilvania nr. 15, Pitești, jud. Argeș, CUI RO46414752, Trade Register no. J3/1714/2022. Contact: contact@furniturefactory.ro, +40 722 222 783.
The 3D design service
For 100 € + VAT (121 €) per room we design the furniture for one room (each additional room is charged separately) from the brief, photos and measurements you send us, and deliver a 3D video, a dimensioned description of each piece and a price quote. One round of changes is included. We deliver within 5 working days at most of receiving both the complete brief and the payment.
Price and payment
The price is 100 € plus 21% VAT, 121 € in total. Payment is made by card through Revolut’s secure payment page; we never see or store your card details. You receive an invoice by email.
Deduction from your project
If you order the furniture from us within 90 days of receiving the 3D design, the 100 € (plus VAT) is deducted in full from the project price.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel and get a full refund until we start working on your design. Because the service is made to your brief, by paying you agree that we start work and you acknowledge that, under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you lose the right of withdrawal once the design has been delivered. Refunds are made to the same card within 14 days.
Use of the design
The 3D design is made for your project. You can use it to decide on your furniture; the drawings and files remain the property of Furniture Factory and cannot be passed on for production by others.
Your data
We use the details, photos and measurements you send us only to prepare your design and quote, and to contact you about them. We don’t share them with third parties except the payment processor. You can ask us to delete them at any time at contact@furniturefactory.ro.
Complaints
Write to us first at the address above and we will reply within 14 days. You can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro, including its alternative dispute resolution service.
